On the homepage, open Application and choose Applicant (or Firm for firm registration), then register or sign in. You'll need to provide:

• Valid email address
• Phone number
• Personal information (Name, Date of Birth, etc.)

After registration, log in and complete your profile with:

• Educational qualifications
• Professional experience
• Engineering category and field
• Contact information

Upload the following documents in PDF format:

• Academic certificates and transcripts
• NYSC discharge certificate (if applicable)
• Professional certificates
• Passport photograph
• Valid means of identification

Review all information carefully before submitting. Once submitted, you'll receive:

• Application reference number
• Confirmation email
• Payment instructions

Complete your payment through Remita using the generated RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference). Payment options include:

• Online banking
• Debit/Credit card
• Bank branch

After payment confirmation, monitor your application status through your dashboard. The review process typically takes 2-4 weeks.

Access the Practitioner portal using your registered email and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link.

From your dashboard, click on "License Renewal" or "Renew License" in the navigation menu. You'll see your current license status and expiration date.

Before proceeding, ensure your profile information is up to date:

• Contact details (email, phone, address)
• Professional information
• State of practice

Click "Renew License" to generate your payment RRR. The system will calculate the renewal fee based on:

• Your engineering category
• Renewal period
• Any applicable late fees (if expired)

Make payment through Remita using the generated RRR. Payment methods include:

• Online banking transfer
• Debit/Credit card
• Bank branch payment

Once payment is confirmed, you can download your renewed license certificate from your dashboard. You'll also receive a confirmation email with your new license details.

Navigate to the Verification section from the main landing page or directly access the verification portal.

Enter the COREN registration number of the practitioner or firm you want to verify. The COREN number format is typically:

• For Practitioners: R followed by numbers (e.g., R12345)
• For Firms: F followed by numbers (e.g., F67890)

After submitting the COREN number, you'll see detailed verification information including:

• Registration status (Active/Inactive/Expired)
• Full name and contact information
• Engineering category and field
• Registration date and expiration date
• State of practice

You can download or print the verification report for your records. The report includes:

• Official verification certificate
• Date and time of verification
• Verification reference number

Create an Excel file with the following columns:

• SNO: Serial number (1, 2, 3...)
• COREN Number: Practitioner's COREN registration number (e.g., R12345)
• Amount: Renewal amount for each practitioner

On the bulk renewal page, provide your organization information:

• Organization name
• Contact email address
• Phone number

Upload your prepared Excel file. The system will:

• Validate COREN numbers against the database
• Check if practitioners exist
• Calculate total amount for valid entries
• Exclude invalid COREN numbers from the total

Before payment, review the preview page which shows:

• List of valid practitioners with names and amounts
• Total number of valid records
• Total amount to be paid
• List of invalid COREN numbers (if any)

After confirming the preview, the system will generate a single RRR for the total amount. This RRR covers all valid practitioners in your upload.

Make payment through Remita using the generated RRR. Once payment is confirmed:

• Individual wallet transactions are created for each practitioner
• Each practitioner receives a payment confirmation email
• Practitioners can see the credit in their wallet

After successful payment, you'll see:

• Number of successfully processed renewals
• Number of failed transactions (if any)
• Confirmation that emails were sent to practitioners
